The Tomcat

I have bought Hasegawas F14 tomcat

And supplemented the kit with the addon packs from verlinden. This is probably one of the modt difficult kits i have made to date. Mostly because assembly isn't all that easy when the parts doesn't really fit together but also because this is the testdrive for my airbrush which i have wanted since i was 16 years old.
Its a sparmaxx with a standard table compressor which so far is working satisfactory.

Alclad painting

Here is the first entry of this blog. Earlier today i bought a P51 Mustang. The only reason for this was to try out the Alclad paint types, the P51 seemed perfectly suited because of its high polished surfaced. I tried this paint earlied using a standard brush wich failes miserably. This time it seems it worked by using an airbrush. I will upload a picture of the result later and some reflections on what i learned by it.
